"There is no other example of brotherhood of two nations in the world, as it is between Georgians and Jews. Georgian Jew - at first glance utterly irrelevant, but today, the notion, intimately linked with everyone, has emerged and established exactly in Georgia. Jews have always been actively involved in the reconstruction of Georgia, in the life of our country. They were creating and sharing the Georgian culture. They were serving Georgia, though have never lost their uniqueness. In our country they have never had such option and that's why they were so organically merged with our people and the environment. This relation, this friendship is invaluable gain. We are happy that the Jews that left Georgia many years ago preserve and care for this friendship and love. They continue popularization of Georgian culture in Israel too. As they say, thus they maintain ties with their second homeland," - Irakli Garibashvili said.

The Prime Minister believes that the brotherhood of two nations will be always lasting and steadfast and the relations in education, culture, foreign affairs and other areas will support the new generation to be closer.
