The Opening of Sport Complex in Pardes Kaz
Sport complex and olive wood were built by Jewish National Fund in Pardes Kaz. Famous Israeli sportsmen Tal Broudi and Arik Zeevi attended the opening of this sport complex.
The Israeli's first channel reported about the abandoned sport ground in Pardes Kaz, and stressed the fact that none organization is interested in its reconstruction. There is a famous judo club on the territory of this sport ground. Arik Zeevi, who is the Champion of Israel, is one of graduates of this club.
The Representatives of Jewish National Fund in Italy saw this report and immediately sent the message to fund management which is responsible for projection and formation of cultural recreation in Israel. In less than a week, Jewish National Fund declared about the reconstruction of this sport ground together with municipality of Bnei Brak. Total consumption of this restoration including the renovation was 450.000 shekels: 350.00 were invested by Jewish National Fund, and the rest 100.000 were added by the municipality.
The opening ceremony of the renewed sport complex took place yesterday on 3/11/13 in Pardes Kaz. The President of the World Congress of Georgian Jews Gabriel Mirilashvilli, the Ambassador of Italy in Israel Francesco Telu, the former basketball player Tal Broudi, the President of Jewish National Fund Efi Shtanzler, selected mayor of Bnei Brak Rabbi Hanoh Zaibrered, leaving his position the mayor of Bnei Brak Rabbi Avraham Rubinshtein, the Olympic trainer on judo Ramaz Mamistvalov, the Olympic Champion on judo Arik Zeevi, the representatives of municipality of Bnei Brak and population of Pardes Kaz were presented on this opening.
